Senior Stylist / Owner
Lynnann founded the Bernards Salon in 1997, and takes pride in creating a professional, friendly, and innovative environment for clients to feel like their most beautiful selves. With 35 years of hair industry experience, Lynnann provides her clients with the latest, most fashionable hair designs, with a special enthusiasm for razor cuts. Advanced education includes Vidal Sassoon (London, Toronto, and Santa Monica), Bumble and Bumble, Goldwell, and KMS.

Valerie
Specilist in Deva & curly cuts
With 25 years of expertise, Valerie is a cornerstone of The Bernards Salon’s creative vision. She specializes in transformative curly cuts that honor and enhance each client’s natural texture, sculpting curls with softness, shape, and effortless movement. Trained alongside industry leaders at Bumble and Bumble, TIGI, Vidal Sassoon, and DevaChan, she brings masterful precision to cutting, coloring, and styling curly hair. Color & cuts Specialist
Before enveloping herself in the exciting world of hair, she graduated from Montclair State University. Irene has studied advanced hair coloring techniques at Depasquale Salon Systems in Fairlawn and the Aveda Institute in NYC. She has worked beside top industry hair professionals during her time working at salons located in Madison, Morristown, and Basking Ridge. Irene is both an artist and scientist dedicated to providing a truly customized experience to each and every client. Irene’s artistry in color and cutting creates dimensional, natural‑looking results that beautifully enhance each client’s features.
